This is not something I expect when I call a “contractor” company. Your representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and never acted like I was lucky to get my materials shredded. What a relief! Shred Ace came to our office, picked up all the papers that we collected for shredding, & shredded all in their truck… More while I watched. Great job!
We have only ever used Shred IT but recently, Shred It has been below par in terms of scheduling and communication. I researched… More other shredding companies in the area and came across Shred Ace. I submitted an inquiry and within the hour I had a response. When I was ready to schedule, they came that same day. I spent 6 weeks trying to get Shred It to service our building and Shred Ace did it in 3 days. We will only be using Shred Ace going forward.
