Securely deposit confidential material for shredding
Shred Ace provides secure, locked shredding containers to your place of business along with a key. Have confidence knowing you can securely deposit sensitive material into your locked storage container until it is ready to be shredded.
Choose from different sizes for your shredding container. Our most popular size is our Executive Console. However, we also have the 64-gallon and 96-gallon container sizes to suit your needs.
We’ll pick up the locked container for shredding
When it’s time, one of our uniformed and bonded Shred Ace shredding technicians will arrive on site to pick up and transport the locked containers to our mobile shredding truck, which will be parked at your business.
Our technicians are trained to be secure, professional, and non-disruptive, and we can accommodate any protocols that your business may have in place.
We’ll shred your documents on-site!
Each container is placed into the shredding truck’s bin-lift tunnel. Your material is shredded in minutes, never touched by human hands. For peace of mind, you are invited to witness the destruction of your material via our onboard color video monitor.
Our state-of-the-art mobile shredding trucks that are designed to be secure and efficient –taking approximately four minutes to shred 300 lbs. or paper. That’s the equivalent to ten file boxes!
We’ll provide a Certificate of Destruction
Shred Ace will provide a Certificate of Destruction confirming the complete and secure destruction of your documents.
After your shredding is complete, we will email you an invoice that allows you to immediately pay online with a credit card, or mail a check. You also have the option to pay our technicians at the time of service with check or credit card.
Recycling
Shred Ace delivers all shredded material to a recycling center, protecting the environment as well as your business. We recycle 100% of the paper and media we shred.
